I found several articles this week that were share worthy:

  • Business Insider reports that unlike Microsoft, which has offered employees the opportunity to work from home indefinitely, Google believes some positions need to be office based. How is your company handling office space? Do you have insights and perspectives you want to share? I’d love to hear from you.

  • And on that note, have you heard about ways augmented reality is reshaping work from home?
  • Here’s one of the best “net/net” summary of great thinking articles I’ve seen all year—and you know I read constantly, so this high praise goes to Ryan Holiday for his “33 Things I Stole from People Smarter Than Me” Medium post.

  • While this advice to “Make Before You Manage,” (“borrowed” from Ryan Holiday’s list, see above) is definitely great for creative types, I think it applies to anyone managing people who has work to produce themselves too. It’s originally from the master of time management and creative workflow, Tim Ferris.

Do Good Spotlight: Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice

We donated again this year to the Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice, an organization based in Princeton, NJ. It’s all about advocacy, education, safe haven & community activism for LGBTQIA, transgender, immigrant children, youth, & families. You can learn more here.

That’s it for this week. Shout out to all of you keeping it real while you keep things humming along for your employees and those at home. Way to go! And reach out if you need anything!
